We engage and develop solutions that deliver new and enhanced IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) solutions using products mainly from Cherwell, ScienceLogic and xMatters. Most notable recent projects include: ========================- Implementation of a solution from ScienceLogic to create a automated CMDB using ScienceLogic SL1 and ServieceNow- Development of an automated CMDB integration between Cherwell and ScienceLogic SL1, that was later purchased by ScienceLogic themselves and now forms the backbone of their Cherwell Integration offering- Development of a Python based API to simplify integration between Cherwell and external systems using the Cherwell REST API abstracted into an easier form. This was later released as Open Source- Multi stage programs to mature the configuration management processes and CMDB of customers in the financial and health sectors in Australia- Development and implementation of a DJANGO based Service Catalogue web site for internal automation and customer consumption to request cloud services - Development of a comprehensive Health Check service for ITSM and ITOM customers Show less
