  Projects Manager for Infrastructure Design Projects under (RC) Royal Commission Jubail. he managed around (18) Eighteen projects till date. Some of them already completed and some still under progress. He Manage primarily these projects using AGIL approach which is the most suitable one for this type of projects which are very dynamic and has lots of changes that must be controlled. My main role as a projects manager is summarized below: Analyze the tenders and notify the tendering team for any changes that are required.Negotiate the final price of projects with (RC) and communicate the conclusion to Project Engineers.Review of PO’s for sub-Consultants who may be required during design activities. Review overall progress of EPPR’s (Engineering Progress and Performance Report) and Project schedules during weekly progress meetings.Develop a resource plan based on available inputs from other project managers and support on developing PEP (Project Execution Plan). Control changes in projects and prevent any scope creep. In case change is require it shall be as per via DCN (Design Change Note) as per RC procedures. Attend all RC meetings and support Project managers for all RC projects. Ensure third Parties coordination is one and follow up to get Approval from SEC, Marafiq, STC, SAR, ARAMCO etc..
