      I work within the Customer Insight team at Coventry Building Society with an alignment to Consumer Duty, Digital and Corporate projects research. This varied and challenging role has given me frequent exposure to strategic projects and enabled me to add significant value to the experience of our members and customers by providing actionable insight and informing strategy.
