Aug 2016 - Apr 2019Overall responsible for the National Economic Competition. The task of being the Coordinator is (1) Concepting all National Economic Competition events, from the concept of the competition to the concept of side events, (2) Making a budget for the National Economic Competition, (3) as Coordinator with other related divisions, (4) and being responsible for various licensing and administration related to the Competition.When I was the coordinator, I conceptualized the National Economic Competition at the Yogyakarta Aerospace Museum where high school students competed and also learned about the history of aircraft in Indonesia. Competitors must fill in puzzles about the history of aircraft in Indonesia to get various economic problems that must be solved. Then participants must look for various questions that are in the bottle where the bottle is placed in various parts of the aircraft in the museum. For this concept I was able to save the Competition budget by up to 10% compared to the previous year. To manage human resources, I use multilevel communication where I only communicate, coordinate, and provide a list of needs only to the coordinators of other related divisions and make KPIs with other relevant divisional coordinators. Lastly, the success rate of the National Economic Competition has increased from 82% to 87% with an evaluation rate of only 13%. Then assist external staff to deal with the implementation site, namely Tamansari Yogyakarta. I was given several responsibilities to become the chairman of the event committee such as sports competitions majoring in economics, gathering of economics students from various generations and makrab for new students of economics. To carry out all my responsibilities to be the chairman of my committee using frequent lines of communication with the aim of all tasks completed on time and minimize errors evidenced by the frequent holding of meetings as a communication medium. Then I use human resource management where I divide the task to friends equally so that the tasks I provide can be done effectively and efficiently. I also often hold brainstorming sessions with friends so that ideas and concepts for all events can be maximized and run well. Of all my assignments while following the HIMIESPA organization in the DIOS department and I was the chairman of the committee, I was able to complete tasks up to 80% of the level of perfection and little evaluation.
