  • Function as a member of licensing team responsible for the licensing of Nuclear Facilities and successfully evaluate the safety of nuclear facilities against Necsa and international requirements and report on the results to the satisfaction of the client and the regulator; • Prepare/be involved in the preparation of licensing documentation including Safety Assessment Reports (SAR) for submission to the regulator.• Application of probabilistic and deterministic safety assessment techniques, which were primarily developed for nuclear reactors also in non-reactor nuclear and chemical facilities, using a tailored approach; • Developing and assisting in the development of SHEQ systems for Necsa and optimization of SHEQ requirements and systems to the level that it can effectively be integrated into projects and operations management;• Skills transfer and guidance to new employees.
