      Responsible for coordination and scheduling of very senior meetings and conferences for the Master Chief Petty Officer of the Navy, the most senior enlisted member of the US Navy. Travel schedule included 250+ days of travel per year. Additionally, served as the primary coordinator for the MCPON Senior Enlisted Forum held semi-Annual in the DC area. This forum was attended by all Fleet and Force Master Chiefs from around the globe. Managed a travel budget of over $250,000 per year and supervised one individual. Show less

      • Managed and directed overseas operations for the Joint Asymmetric Threat Awareness and Counter (JATAC) Improvised Explosive Device (IED) Training Program supporting the Joint IED Defeat Organization (JIEDDO), a $200 million dollar contract. Primary duties included personnel manning for overseas locations, deployment preparations, long range planning, personnel management, de-mobilization of returning personnel and budget forecasting and execution.• Responsible for all facets of planning, coordination and execution of OCONUS Counter Improvised Explosive Devices (CIED) Mobile Training Team (MTT) operations in Afghanistan for JATAC. Provided briefings, advice and recommendations on the employment and integration of the Mobile Training teams to US Army senior leaders in Afghanistan. • Planed, coordinated and monitored all logistics and vehicular support requirements for JATAC rotations working closely with in house logistic managers to include: issuance and tracking of quarterly consumables with a budget in excess of 250K, timely processing and delivery of quarterly ODC shipments, issuance and tracking of Personal Gear Issue (PGI), identification and tracking of all related Government Funded Equipment (GFE) and Contractor Acquired Property (CAP) including weapons and Night Vision.• Directly managed administrative and logistical support for 28 deployed personnel including the processing of all personnel actions/requests, temporary change in position offer letters, accurate time keeping and reporting in DELTEK and the reviewal and approval of purchase requests and travel expense reports.
