      • After being promoted from a Recreation Aide to a Recreation Center Assistant, I was tasked with more responsibilities. This included refunding and crediting customer payments for recreational programs, as well as helping recreation supervisors account for private lesson payments. • Additionally, I also found myself troubleshooting customer account issues, such as resetting passwords for customers who had forgotten their account information, and merging duplicate accounts. • Lastly, when issues with printers would arise, I would try my best to replace broken ribbons or remove jammed cards. Show less • As a Recreation Aide, I was tasked to help customers learn about the many recreational programs that were offered. This involved learning how to utilize a multi-line telephone system to effectively communicate with multiple customers. • Additionally, I engaged with contracted instructors to make sure customers were enrolled into the correct programs. • Furthermore, I found myself acquiring leadership roles by training other employees on managing customer disputes, as well as teaching co-workers how to use our company software.
