      Activities and Societies: Manchester University Mountaineering Club Continued at Manchester University to take up the opportunity of studying for a PhD in applied maths involving modelling elastic composite materials under pressure. This opened up many opportunities to travel to conferences and workshops all over Europe and for a month long visit to New Zealand to work with colleagues at Industrial Research Ltd to collect experimental data on wave propagation in elastic composites.This also provided the opportunity to work with researchers at the House… Show more Continued at Manchester University to take up the opportunity of studying for a PhD in applied maths involving modelling elastic composite materials under pressure.
