  As third party network manager from Boehringer Ingelheim Pharma I transferred with my colleagues from CHC Business of Boehringer Ingelheim Pharma to Sanofi on January 1st, 2017.Ensure the implementation of a competitive external production network in compliance with legal requirements, guaranteeing that the market can be supplied with contract manufactured products of the required quality, at the required time and in the required quantity and at the required costs. Leading a production unit of approx. 200 employees.Ensuring manufacturing and packaging of pharmaceutical products in accordance to the GMP regulations and standards - guaranteeing quality, cost of goods, production service level and safety aspects. Our department is in charge of all qualification and validation activities for the site Ingelheim. This includes production of APIs and drugs as well as quality control labs. Heading production plant for oral solids which includes spray drying, granulation, tabletting and coating technologies.Implementing major organizational changes to successful self-directed working teams within production.
