  Operator Internship

  The first mandatory internship in Engineering Schools requires students to approach the companies from working and operating positions. I chose a hard-working but rewarding experience in the automotive industry by working shifts on a bending exhaust pipes production line. I had to demonstrate motivation, quick adaptation in the work stations, learn fast about the processes and quality parameters and achieve high daily production objectives. As a young trainee in a small team, I also had the opportunity to help the continuous improvement department by giving critical analysis on the tasks and processes in place. I am now more humble and aware of the basics requirements for managing a team in such environment. It definitely helped me when leading and managing my Student Union. Show less

  Change Management Internship

  As a student in Industrial Engineering, I was recruited by Hennessy (LVMH Group) to conduct a change management project within the Production and Packaging Center in Cognac, France. My main objective was to optimize the reporting of training hours of the employees. After understanding and clarifying what the Board of Supervisors expected in terms of goals and implementations, I analyzed raw data and processes thoroughly in order to design an efficient, shared and sustainable IT infrastructure for all the production lines.   During my gap year, I benefited from a unique opportunity between French Army and Top French Engineering Schools. Each year, 30 students are trained as Acting Lieutenant in Different Army Corps, strenghtening the bond between the Army and future public and private leaders. I gained some insight and knowledge about the Army and I am now more confident on various subjects, such as Public Speaking, Decision-making, planning and transforming ideas into concrete actions.
