      Activities and Societies: I did the lighting for a Documentary called "Historia de la Plena en Puerto Rico" for my professor Ms. Susan Zeig in New York City at Studio 54 with Tito Puente, Mongo Santamaria, Eddie Palmieri and many more in 1984-1985. I studied every facet of film making concentrating in lighting and camera.

      Knowledge of OHM's Law Electrical formulas for calculating voltage wattage and amperage. I need to know the cable gauges that handle those amperages with a safety margin. I need to know how to operate all or most motion picture lights, and know which globes correspond to each. In NYC NABET local 15 and IATSE Local 52 require written and practical test. I still have all this memorized. That was a great education and every local nationwide should adherer to these standards. Electricity has safety procedures that must be followed in a certain order. Any unionized technician should be proud to have received such knowledge, not just a union card in exchange of money.. Show less
