      Leadership role as co-manager, booking agent, composer, concept design, recording engineer and accountant.Leading the group on over 12 tours across the USA and Europe. A tireless effort of building the brand of a performance art group and consistently increasing the scope of our audience. Collaboration in a competitive creative space played a big role in the dynamic of the band and influenced the music and artistic direction. Over the years we build the group from two founders in Seattle to an 8 person touring band. There were many iterations of band members, each change included organising auditions, rehearsals, new orchestration. and payment of members. Over 6 full albums recorded, often including more then 12 musicians. Extensive analog and digital methods of engineering were used in studio and comprehensive visual aspects are a large part of the performance element. Efforts to localise the creative output included keeping all compositions, conceptual album design, social media outreach, promotion and tour management/booking in house. Show less
