  I was hired as General Manager and Production Manager from the company's arrival in Chile. I was involved in and led all aspects of the projection and construction of the new avocado pulp processing plant in the city of Quillota. We successfully built the most modern food processing plant in South America, leading the country in Ultra High Pressure technology.I participated in a multinational team for its commissioning, achieving HACCP quality certifications in record time. Additionally, I was responsible for the Production area from the start-up until the plant reached its designed performance level.I worked closely with various municipal, regional, and national authorities to commission the plant, successfully developing its Environmental Impact Statement in record time.
