  For this internship, I worked on 3 large projects which include:The first Sustainability Summit held at SUNY Plattsburgh. With grant approval, we developed a summit that showcases students' research that is based on sustainability, promoted environmental growth as a campus, and hosts speakers that are experts in their field. Developed the strategic plan for a student-run late-night talk show that focuses on the education surrounding sustainability. This is a group of environmental science students and faculty that have been hosting this talk show since 2018. With the idea of trying to grow their group, they sought business students to develop their strategic plan.Pitch with Rich- a business pitch event hosted by a professor within the school of business. Students are encouraged to develop a short PowerPoint presentation and present it over zoom. I helped to develop promotional material and advertisements. Show less

  In February of 2022, I sought out to develop an entrepreneurship focus club within SUNY Plattsburgh. With the help of like-minded students and the wonderful faculty, we were able to gain chapter status within the Collegiate Entrepreneurs Organization and gained club status. As Club President, I have focused on gaining new club members and showing the school the benefits of our club. We have shown support at as many open houses, club fairs, and school events as possible in order to get our name out to the students. Some of the larger events our club has hosted include:CEO Global Conference- Through grant support from the school and other organizations we as a club were able to send a group of 4 students to the Collegiate Entrepreneurs Organization Global Conference held in Chicago, in October 2022. The conference hosts a large business plan competition, over 65 guest speakers, multiple simulation challenges, and an amazing networking opportunity. Field trips to local factories that showcase the industrial strength around the Plattsburgh area and educate students on how some manufacturing companies function. Many guest speakers who are experts in their field of study, and alumni of SUNY Plattsburgh. Some of these guest speakers include lawyers who focus on international business, successful entrepreneurs, expert business plan writers, marketing professionals, and others. Show less

  1st place for the season - Chess The Scholastic Chess League Nov 2019 After playing chess for my high school's team for 4 years, I improved significantly and received the top chess player award for the season. Throughout my years of playing, I attended countless tournaments and have placed numerous times. But placing highest within my league has been the highest honor I've received.
