  I was awarded an internship at Grubb & Ellis (now Colliers International) as part of my commercial real estate masters program. I completed all the work they had planned for the two-month internship in three days, so I was given the oportunity to assist brokers and developers with special projects ranging from office and retail development to comp analysis and project management.
