  During my work with the Publishing House, I was responsible with designing and personalizing products like art catalogues, presentation catalogues, book covers (hard covers and paperback), calendars, invitations, flyers, banners, roll ups, boxes, posters, diplomas and certificates. These were usually based on discussions with clients who presented their own ideas, and then trusted me in bringing it to a satisfying end. I have used professional printers, plotters, digital printing machines and Adobe Software Pack, with Windows and macOS systems to create the desired designs to be transferred to its medium (bleed-cutting edges).   As a member of the IT Service Desk department I have created and overtake incidents and requests in a ticketing system regarding user complaints about errors and malfunctions. The main task was to process incoming incidents as efficient as possible using provided data and company expert departments or external partners like IBM. I have followed E-mail chains in order to maintain necessary information. Also, I have proactively followed incidents forwarded by colleagues, processed and prioritized them. I received training for operating different types of forms, like creating Windows accounts for new users and a training for troubleshooting in technical topics regarding the internal communication system.
