The E&I scope was successfully completed ahead of schedule and significantly under budget.Electrical, instrumentation and controls interface design of the Solar Packages, implementing customer specific requirements.Design included all LV power distribution involving site power generation via 275kVA Gas Engine Alternators and standby utility power systems, Motor Control Centre, Lighting & Small Power distribution boards, 240VAC Uninterruptible Power Supply and 120VDC battery systems.Heavily involved in the process design (P&ID development) of the facilities providing guidance and advice from previous facility lessons learnt for the designers.Design/selection of all instrumentation including all process pressure, temperature, level, flow, and vibration transmitters including all station fire and gas detection, water mist and Inergen fire suppression systems.Coordination and participation in model reviews, HAZOP, CHAZOP, SIL/LOPA, and AS2885 workshops.Hazardous area classification and design and verification of Type B design compliance.Developed and specified control systems design documentation for the Station Control System, including management of the in-house construction and FAT testing of the Station Control Panels.Working understanding of AS1768, AS2885, AS3000, AS3008, AS3814, and AS60079.Development of electrical, instrumentation and control commissioning specifications, work instructions and procedures.Pre-commissioning manager and PIO for E&I energisation of the facilities responsible for planning energisation and testing activities, monitoring technical and QA acceptance, and client liaison throughout the process.Developed and presented operator training Show less
