I also manage and instruct a wide variety of clinicians regarding delivery of high quality clinical care including; Registered Nurses, Radiology Technicians, Surgical Assistants, Sterile Processing Technicians, and Inventory Control personnel. I had the opportunity to work closely with executive leadership to improve hospital performance.   Working within this role allows me lead complex performance improvement initiatives throughout the entire Veterans Affairs Healthcare System. I serve as the Program Manager for the National MyVA Access Initiative. This Initiative is aimed to reduce wait times and improve our Veterans access to care.
