My responsibilities include complex wound care, IV therapy, fistula/ostomy management, tracheostomy/ventillator care, and more.-I serve as the Unit representative for PPQC committee for practice and policy quality control-I am the editor of monthly unit newsletter to highlight policies, unit announcements, and staff celebrations/social events to promote a sense of community and teamwork on our unit.-I serve in the Charge Nurse role and have precepted nursing students and new nurse orientees.
