  Taiwan Western Technology Co., is the distributor if Agfa Taiwan. In the very beginning joined TWT, I severed in our service dept. as a service engineer to maintain and service are Agfa film processor, dryfilm printer and CR system. After one year's customers service experience, I was appointed as an application engineer. In this position, my job was to integrate Agfa CR into customers' workflow in hospital and teach customers how to use it. In 2004, TWT won the PACS case in NTUH. And I was appointed as a Project Manager in this project to collaborate with all of our third parties in this case. And this project was successful closed in one and half years. Afterward, completed 2 PACS projects in NTUH Yun-Lin branch and DOH Chang Hwa.After finished PACS installation projects, I was appointed as a on-site Project Manager for NTUH PACS maintain case for 3 years. In this case, I handled the whole project on my own. Jobs in this project included acquire quotation from 3rd parties, attended the bid, held regular meeting in NTUH, prepared monthly report document, prepared payment document, solved clients problems, repaired windows workstations and servers.In the past 3 years, I had the chance to understand more detail workflow in IT room, procurement dept., radiology dept., nuclear medicine dept., ultrasound dept., and cath room in hospital.   Product Manager

  EvertTrust Medical equipment co. is a professional medical equipment distributor. In ETM, we are selling following products Philips X-ray equipment, Bloxr personnel x-ray protection device, NMI DR detector and Medtronic peripheral artery balloon and stent. In the begging of ETM, we sold only Philips x-ray equip. and NMI DR detectors. In order to increase our product lines, I was assigned to search product which can suitable ETM's ability and fulfill customer's demand.I've been searching following field: Personal x-ray protection device, X-ray system for vet., Clinical Information System (CIS), Anesthesia Information Management System (AIMS), Mobile P't monitor , Cardiac PACS and peripheral artery device.The most critical part in searching new product is to find out the product which suitable to ETM's capability and fulfill customers' demand simultaneously. Till now, only 2 products are conducted to ETM successful. They are Bloxr personnel protection device and Medtronic peripheral artery balloon and stent. And I'm in charging marketing and selling strategy in these 2 products as well. Show less
