  As a Lead Engineer – Remote Monitoring and Diagnostics I handle monitor rotating equipment performance for the fleet consisting of 600+ units and address issues if any detected on the monitored fleet. I work in close coordination with O&G fleet support team, technical accounts and project management to perform root cause analysis, support customers and expedite issue resolution.I hold the authority for approving technical documentation such as trip root cause analyses, anomaly notifications and monthly reports and to enforce/support the development of rules and analytics across the monitored fleet by analysing data collected by new RMD prognostic systems. Alongside, I ascertain data quality and completeness of RM&D and establish correspondence between control system data and RM&D central database standards. I constantly support the development of diagnostic systems in terms of software tunning, data acquisition, post-processing and analytics.Coordinating with customers, engineering and business functions, I bring fresh ideas to improve reliability and to support data collection, analysis and path forward definition.
