      I worked as the company's legal assistant in the summers of 2008 and 2009, largely working on a large civil law contract case that was being heard in America. My duties included evidence gathering/discovery, including items subject to a subpoena, collating both paper and electronic evidence in a format that was submittable to the court.I also carried out case reviews and other legal research as required, preparing reports for the company's board of directors.
