      • Developed strategy for org change project to launch Claims Service Centre (CSC). Provided staffing justification for additional capacity of 8 FTE to adjust high frequency/low severity claims as claim volume grew following integration. • Grew CSC to 11 members, supporting 6 different lines of business. Responsible for performance and technical management for “pipeline talent”. Have successfully promoted 4 members of my team to roles of increasing complexity. • Facilitated a number of optimization initiatives augmenting workflow. Utilized existing technology and developed requirements for new technology. Implemented final deliverables, facilitated training, support and issue management. • Worked closely with claims senior leadership to develop dashboards demonstrating KPIs, staffing justification, and volume. Project led to 20 pointimprovement in certain categories, representing the largest increase internationally in the history ofinternal audit programme.• Leading the Toronto Social Activity Committee. The committee is made up of thirty Chubb employees which plan and execute company events such as the summer activity day and the holiday party.
