  In SICAS, I have standardized their system of Language Arts program to be implemented in all of their schools in Pakistan. I conducted weekly workshops in the following topics: in standardizing assessment criteria, making specific objectives to develop lessons and step-by-step process writing. Also, after teacher observation in the classroom, I coached them in lesson development and delivery for the best learning results. Further, the teachers were trained in the process for creative writing and how to answer critical comprehension, apply scaffolding strategies for ELD, develop strategies for gifted learners along with self-assessment techniques.
