  Responsible for leading and training 243 officers, enlisted, government civilians, and contractor personnel. Ensures administrative readiness and manages a $1.5M budget, 196 government vehicles, and 44 facilities throughout Indiana, Michigan, and Ohio. Led a team of 15 Active Duty and Civilian personnel in the management and execution of a manpower portfolio valued at $630M. Commanded a jointly staffed Military Entrance Processing Station of eight military and 30 civilian personnel that annually processes over 2,000 applicants for enlistment into the Armed Forces per Department of Defense and Service criteria. Administered a $3.6M annual budget to include facilities, payroll, and contracts for applicant lodging, transportation, and meals. Led, guided, and mentored 48 Recruit Division Commanders responsible for the training, safety, and welfare of 1,056 recruits. Managed a $35M, state-of-the-art training and berthing facility. Oversaw daily operations for all recruiting mission areas. Led and managed 183 Sailors and 12 civilians in 42 recruiting stations and 2 Military Entrance and Processing Stations across 200,000 square miles of territory. Led and managed 17 recruiters in five recruiting stations encompassing more than 20,000 square miles of territory. Identified, interviewed, tested, and counseled Navy officer applicants; developed relationships in local colleges and universities. Operations / Engineering / Legal Assistant, Destroyer Squadron 14 Responsible for the preparation of documents and maintenance of records for Operations and Engineering departments. Responsible for processing and reviewing legal matters for all ships attached to Destroyer Squadron 14. Attended The University of North Florida under the Seaman to Admiral-21 commissioning program. Attended school full time while participating in all NROTC unit functions. Responsible for the safe operation and maintenance of a US Navy nuclear reactor. Maintained all reactor insturmentation and control equipment.
