  This is a developmental position for the purpose of preparing individuals for possible Clinical Supervisor responsibilities. Provides direct treatment services for clients across a broad age range while also providing client parent training and treatment planning duties by performing the following duties personally. Responsible for ensuring that all critical tasks are fulfilled on a timely and high-quality basis Provides direct treatment services for individuals on the autism spectrum while also providing initial and continuing skill development/oversight for Behavior Therapist and Lead Behavior Therapist position holders by performing the following duties personally. Responsible for ensuring that all critical tasks are fulfilled on a timely and high-quality basis. Under clinical supervision, provides direct treatment services for clients while also providing clinical administrative support to monitor and evaluate client progress by performing the following duties personally. Responsible for ensuring that all critical tasks are fulfilled on a timely and high-quality basis. Provides ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) intervention to individuals on the autism spectrum. Intervention therapy and training is consistent with the principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA), including Pivotal Response Treatment (PRT), Discrete Trial Training (DTT) and Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS)
