  I worked as a delivery driver and in the store where I provided excellent customer service by answering phones, helping customers face-to-face, and completing various other tasks within the store. On our busiest nights and days, my job was to manage the large influx of orders and ensure each order is going to the correct place, as well as relaying and communicating information to the other staff members to ensure everyone is working together.
