  AI based voice assisted Contact Center for assisting Farmers for their problems. In our solution, farmers can log their problems with the contact center through phone calls / sms / website and in return an automated voice response can be provided to the farmers with most appropriate solution for their problems.The program was sponsored by UNESCO and Ministry of Education, Government of India, to design solutions to problems facing India and other African developing countries and it involved a total of 27 African Countries.
