Show less Leverage Portfolio Management is a specialist team with primary responsibility for covering the management of UK Mid-Market leveraged / Private Equity backed relationships. Assistant Relationship Directors assist with developing the relationship with the management team through on-going support and relevant product introduction e.g. FX, Trade, Payments & Cash Management etc. Additional responsibilities include; financial and non-financial analysis, credit requests and daily customer interaction to ensure high levels of customer service are achieved.During this role I was given the opportunity to complete a 6 week short term assignment in Hyderabad, India. Show less The Executive Management scheme is designed to train the next generation of senior managers. The rotational 2 year programme consists of 4 placements across multiple key business areas, including Retail Banking and Wealth Management, Corporate banking, project management and strategy. Whilst on the scheme I also held the position of Regional Alumni Chair for Wales, this role required me to lead a small team to engage current university students with the intention of increasing application numbers for HSBCs numerous graduate programmes. I was also on the Graduate Conference Committee; a small team which was responsible for organising the annual graduate conference for c.200 attendees and mulyiple senior stakeholders. Show less
