  Hero's Lab- Professor Hung Cao● Executed the study of various iridium oxide coating techniques and their impact on the sensor electrodes performance and design.● Perform Iridium Oxide coating on the electrodes with various methods to improve coatings and to characterize the electrode sensitivity and quality through the pH measurement.● Determine the performance of the iridium oxide coated electrodes by collecting the pH values and using Labview software to analyze the data to obtain the average results and sensitivity. ● Utilize the electroplating technique and Yamanaka solution to coat iridium oxide onto the gold electrode and then study the thickness, roughness and uniformity of the electroplated layer, which ultimately impacts the sensor’s performance.● Research and study the biocompatibility of the iridium oxide coated electrodes and to determine the level of surface modification needed on the electrodes.
