  -Worked on private Yachts worldwide as part of the Interior management team.-Guest off duties included maintaining the interior of the Yacht with delicate care and knowledge of speciality products for finer fabrics, creating inventories, stock control and orders of guest and crew food, beverage and all interior supplies.-Trained and mentored junior crew, motivating the team especially mid-season when everyone needs a little morale booster.-Guest on duties focused on a personalised butler service for UHNW Clients and charter guests, 7-star housekeeping practice including laundry, wardrobe organisation and care of fine fabrics and flower arranging. -Event management, execution and party planning for high-profile yacht events. -Concierge service and activity coordinator for on-shore events and transfers.-Pre-trip researching and planning of guest itineraries, tours, ‘must sees’ and top restaurants in order for the guests to have the best trip.-During winter months with no guests , priorities included creating daily, weekly and monthly targets in preparation for the summer trips according to the yacht’s program. Arranging and overseeing external contractors, overseeing interior refits, training new crew members. -Budgeting and basic accounts for the interior department using excel.- Land based housekeeping on large estates in London.   -Yorkshire Luxe was a bespoke business excelling in 7-star housekeeping, organising homes, de-cluttering, PA work and table/event decoration all over North England. - Private PA work for clients. Running errands, booking travel, managing AIRBNBs, ensuring smooth running of their home, creating travel plans and itineraries, diary management, scheduling appointments, looking after pets and children, wedding planning prep. Built trusting relationships and great connections. -Built strong relationships with high end clients, resulting in repeat business and referrals. -Conducted market research and analyses to identify new business opportunities and trends primarily in West Yorkshire.-Developed such strong customer relations I had to hire 5 girls to keep up with demand. -Team Management, leadership and encouraging new staff members building an amazing team morale.-Monitored and managed the daily operations of Yorkshire Luxe including client liaison, managing staff rotas, managing stock control.-Created regular content for social media, used Canva and Wix website creator. The team created fun reels, photo shoots and posts around the seasons, what we wanted to promote at the time and where we wanted the business to focus.-While I loved building the business, I found I was not yet ready to fully comit to Halifax and wanted to experience the vibrance of London, bringing my experience with me. Helping manage their day-to-day diaries, run errands, liaise and manage the staff and contractors they have already working for them, help with childcare, airbnb management, arrange and organise their homes as well as meal planning and prepping.
