Input was collected through interviews with senior officers at Ericsson.I was also responsible for developing and delivering Ericsson global Sales training for the 3G-launch. I was Operative Price Manager for Asia Pacific. I was responsible for monitoring and proposing price levels and models for the regions GSM-system sales. I was also supporting the local companies in price issues. I was responsible for GSM sales into Serbia and Macedonia.Me and my team succeeded in winning two initial contracts with new customers with no local companies in place (direct sales). One of the key factors of the success factore was the very good cooperation in the customer teams.

  I initiated and was responsible for setting up the Marketing departmentBefore the Marketing department was set up I was running a Digital Transformation Project covering all aspects of our operations. During the project, sales increased by 11 % and costs were reduced by more than 700 000 SEK.Since the start of the marketing department the traffic into our web-page has increased, cost has been cut dramatically on traditional DR and the conversion rates have been increased.
