      Lead a team of 15 people doing pre-project work in the sale phase and managed the installations&validation of full packaging lines at customer sites. Recruited 10 of them.Responsible for the equipment and tools used. Lead a team of 7 people doing physical testing on both packages & and machines. Recruited 4 of them.Responsible for premises & equipment. Managed upgrade of premises & equipment to be able to provide adequate tests. Responsible for Technical Publications, Tetra Pak Mainetenace System (TPMS), Spare parts & Technical Training for the TPR1 machine in the Phoinex project Also worked as 'Mobile Test Unit' engineering managing product development during the Opportunity Management & Sales process at potential customer sites in Italy and France. Development of new recipes for solid consumer products using a 20 and a 10 foot container equipped with a form & seal, fillers, batch retort, scales and other measuring equipment.
