  I joined Stryker as part of my college course for Co-Op placement. My duties originally consisted of learning the layout of the plant and helping where I could however I wanted to work more closely with both the team members who were developing the automation line and so offered to help wherever I could in order to get time on machines while they were not in use to better learn the overall system. In the end I became useful team member and helped to execute validation documents and perform other duties which sped up the validation of the line.
