  I worked as an injection mold operator, ran 10 other fabrication machines, was backup forklift driver, and helped with the startup of a new section. I was very involved with the Safety Committee and also was on the Ergonomics Committee. I also helped lead Lean Manufacturing classes where we took an entire department and made the flow of jobs much easier for the people who worked in them.
