Preparing S-Curve of Project.• Entrusted with the task of Project Co-ordination with other Department and associated Vendors and Clients to facilitate activities of Project works and resolve the issues if any, which occur during execution and after completion of the project. • Development of L3 schedule – based on detailed drawings available, scope, dates, duration, billing breakups, logics.• Updating L-3 Schedule every month, Plan Vs Actual , with the help of MS Project.• Preparing of billing break ups, cash flow charts, time extension drafts, micro schedule related to engineering, procurement. • Holding the internal meetings for expediting the pending activities of all the related department of project.• Follow up with vendors for documents submission and timely delivery of product at site.• Follow up with clients for approval of drawings, contract documents, outstanding payments.• Handling all commercial issues of projects & ensure for timely bills processing.• Handling indenting in ERP and tracking the material status though ERP system. • Preparation of fortnight / monthly progress report.• Accountable for the updating of each project milestone and comparing it with the schedule one to provide feedback to the Top Management Level on various aspects.• Developing effective management system to provide information on progress, risk identification & mitigation plan, resource management, opportunities to prevent LDs.
