Developed standards, guidelines and tools to support the markets with their Direct to Consumer and wholesale strategy for selling new and used cars. Experience working with multiple departments including Brand, PR, Customer Experience and Service, R&D, Digital, Finance and HR to develop and evolve the global program. Performance, benchmarking, analysis and pricing are key elements of the program, which continue to play a vital role in driving residual value, enhancing desirability and longevity for Polestars. I have built up a team and managed operations to support markets in building local and physical infrastructure to ensure an outstanding customer experience. Developed partnership concepts and remuneration agreements with investors, workshops, and central solutions for vehicle refurbishment and logistics to ensure a sustainable and seamless customer journey. Our team defined, commissioned and implemented an Ecosystem to offer remarketing as a service to the Network. This included procuring and rolling out a trade-in solution across EU, an Asset Management solution, Data as a Service and a Wholesale Platform. This Ecosystem was recognised at the Fleet Europe event in Lisbon in November 2023 and was highly commended.
