  AutoTrader is Canada's largest online automotive marketplace.● Launched 2 features during my term by prioritising features based on strategic value, development effort, and feasibility, enhancing buyer’s search experience on the marketplace, resulting in $1.5 million ARR.● Conducted A/B testing to analyse reasons for a drop-off in leads and recommended changes to improve CTA and page design in collaboration with the UX team, increasing leads by 8%. ● Built an internal tool in 2 weeks to summarise user sessions using no code UI and AI (finetuned LLM), presented it to the leadership team, reducing average product release time from 17 to 14 days.● Facilitated user interviews and surveys, engaging 50+ customers to gather qualitative insights on digital retail experiences; findings presented to senior PMs led to immediate adjustments in product roadmap.● Improved a legacy product by identifying new user pain points, designed a user journey, and made a Go-to-market strategy with Senior PMs to launch it again and this increased product’s revenue by 2x.
