  Parks and Recreation Accreditation Consulting, LLC was created to provide consulting services to public parks and recreation departments of all sizes striving to become an elite department by achieving national accreditation status or accomplishing specific accreditation standards. Many departments throughout the country simply do not have the additional staff and/or array of in-house resources to meet the required evidence of compliance to become “CAPRA Accredited” or a best practice department. PRAC will utilize strong staff involvement and a team approach in guiding, coaching and leading departments through the challenging process of becoming a nationally accredited department.   Foresee and resolve operational issues and concerns as well as utilize best management practices in developing policy, procedures, land use and facility master plans and manage numerous capital improvement projects. Oversee 4.6 mill operations budget, 1.7 mill revenue, 22 benefitted FTE's and 520 temporary employees within the following divisions: Regional Therapeutic, Athletics and Community Events, Enrichment and Fitness, Facilities Management and Aquatic Operations of which deliver 1000 fitness, enrichment/education, camps and community programs/events; manage operations/maintenance of two (2) indoor aquatic centers, two (2) outdoor pools, three (3) spray parks; four (4) recreation centers; a skate park and housing sites. My objective is to maximize all available resources to market and manage exceptional facilities, programs and service delivery systems.
