      Started as a Graduate worked my way up to a Senior Engineering Position. During this time I gained a great deal of experience in both design and hands on practical experience. Responsibilities including design, documentation installation and commissioning of various projects, including: - • Rodding Room Upgrade at Dubal in Dubai, mainly on Scada, HMI design and updating As-built drawings. AB PLC5 Systems.• Bath Cooling Facility at Dubal in Dubai, mainly Scada, HMI, PLC design and drafting of electrical drawings. AB PLC5 Systems.• Syphon cleaning and Crucible cleaning machines at Dubal in Dubai, mainly HMI, PLC design and drafting of electrical drawings. AB SLC500 Systems.• Protype for slot cutting machine. Local commissioning, VFD and PLC set-up. AB SLC500 systems.• Flailing machine at Ravenwood in USA, mainly as Lead electrical Engineer, electrical design, PLC, HMI design and documentation. AB SLC500 systems.• Bath cleaning Machine at Eastacloa in USA. Mainly in PLC design, and local commissioning. DE blocks. • Automated Butt Cleaning Facility at Dubal in Dubai. As Lead electrical engineer, electrical design, PLC, HMI, SCADA, MCC, VFD, Safely systems, LV design and documentation. This project went for two and a half year and I spend 12.5 months overseas installing and commissioning. Commissioning the machines took place before they went to Dubai in local workshops. This meant coordinating all equipment before it was shipped to minimise any problems on site. The New facility had to interface with existing equipment and systems. AB Contrologix 5000 systems.• Cathode Bar Casting machine at Dubal in Dubai. As Lead electrical engineer, electrical design, and LV design. The furnace was installed by Junker from Germany they did the design of the PLC Seimens systems.• Upgrade to Coke Unloading station at Dubal in Dubai. As Lead electrical engineer, electrical design, LV designs, VFD, PLC, HMI and SCADA. AB PLC5 systems. Show less

      Senior Electrical Engineer

      At shell, I had the responsibility to demolish the Lube Oil facility and to make sure all instrumentation and power has been disconnected before demolition could take place. Also to make sure instrumentation that was to stay would still function and cables/pipes re-routed where still operational. Working closely with Shell electrical tradesmen to make sure Shell procedure is followed. Organising contacts for work to be done onsite at Shell, getting prices for these contact and going through procedures to get purchase orders for this work to be completed. Worked with the contactors to make sure work was complete as per the spec, with no lost time or damage to equipment. Show less

      I joined AGB Engineering Pty Ltd in 2006 on a part-time basis as a Senior Electrical Engineer/Project Manager to support 3 projects at the Ford Proving Grounds, following the retirement announcement of the principal electrical engineer.AGB Engineering is a multi-discipline building service, engineering, and sustainability consultancy. They provide premium quality, innovative, sustainable, and cost-effective design solutions to the Australian and international markets.In 2009, AGB Group was formed and I was appointed as a director on the board of directors. During my time as a director, I progressed AGB Engineering from securing $2-$3M projects to securing $15-$20M projects and further secured opportunities with other networks in the industry for bids for $1 Billion + projects. Such as the Ravenhall prison. I was also instrumental in the development of new divisions of AGB such as Planet Matters, Safety Zone, and GIS, during which time, the number of employees doubled.I played a major role in the following projects:• Southern Cross Station – Full Design Review• Christian College BER across all their campus ($30M+)• Waurn Ponds Library & Community Hub• Ashburton Library & Learning Centre• Ocean Grove Community & Childcare Centre• Melbourne Immigration Transit Accommodation Facility• Fairhaven Surf Lifesaving Club• Ouyen Mining Camp Accommodation FacilitiesAGB Group grew to 150+ staff and gained momentum in its registered training division, which eventually bought out the engineering division.
