      Responsible for developing and maintaining strategies to meet the agreed objectives aimed at the promotion of the Pier Shopping Centre. Deliver marketing material, and provide a creative approach to promotional activities and retailer involvement. Show less Reporting directly to the Centre Manager, my role as the Office Administrator was to ensure the efficient day to day operation of both the Centre Management, and Executive Serviced Offices. The position required high organisational skills, as well as being methodical, logical, good at problem solving and handling conflict. Strong customer service and communication were pre-requisite as was the ability to work well as a team member and build good relationships with both tenant and hotel staff.Key responsibilities included:• Requesting and processing of turnover sales figures from tenants.• Efficient processing of contractor invoices.• Log and monitor all tenant maintenance requests.
