  Event Coordinator

  My role as a coordinator was multifaceted and demanding, but it also allowed me to develop various skills. I had to oversee every aspect of the event, from conceptualization to execution. This meant brainstorming unique event ideas, managing budgets, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring all logistical aspects ran smoothly.One of the most significant challenges I faced was managing a diverse team of volunteers, each with their own strengths and personalities. This experience taught me the importance of effective communication, delegation, and conflict resolution. It was truly rewarding to witness our team evolve into a well-oiled machine as we neared the event day.The actual tech fest was a whirlwind of excitement and activity. Watching months of hard work come to life in the form of engaging workshops, thrilling competitions, and inspiring guest speakers was incredibly gratifying. Seeing participants and attendees thoroughly enjoying themselves made all the long hours and sleepless nights worthwhile. Show less

  Working in the design team for a hackathon organized by our college's official club was a remarkable experience that allowed me to merge my creativity with technology and teamwork. From the moment I joined the team, I was immersed in a dynamic environment that fostered innovation and collaboration.As a member of the design team, my responsibilities were centered around creating a captivating visual identity for the hackathon. This encompassed designing posters, flyers, social media graphics, and even a website to promote the event. It was crucial to convey the hackathon's essence, objectives, and opportunities through compelling visuals.One of the key highlights of this experience was collaborating closely with developers, event organizers, and fellow designers. This interdisciplinary collaboration was an eye-opener, as it exposed me to various facets of event planning and execution.
