   Collaborated with our finance systems providers (e.g. Adyen, Ingenico, American Express) in order to ensure compliance and compatibility with business and industry needs.  Redesigned monthly/quarterly VAT Return process beginning with checks to final submission.  Identified and carved out the company’s cash position, risk and liability.  Incorporated a new tool with the support of SUN Systems in order to populate existing data which allowed Agent and Principal revenue to be correctly aligned with IFRS.  Integrated a new payment process for Accounts Payable which improved control and efficiencies.  Established a SUN System automation process for creating COAs, cost centres and FX rates.  Designed a training pack for new starters and held regular training sessions across EMEA, APAC and Americas, building a rapport and connecting all members of the finance team.
