Project: Based at Fannie Mae in Plano, Texas, I made impactful contributions within the Digital Channels team, driving efforts in Service Design and User Experience.A particularly significant role I held was leading the Developer Portal initiative, where I conducted meticulous user research to gain insights into our target personas' needs and pain points. This research was pivotal in shaping the portal's design and functionality.Furthermore, a standout accomplishment was the creation of comprehensive service blueprints for each product within the team's diverse portfolio. These blueprints provided a holistic visual representation, elucidating intricate relationships among service components. This encompassed everything from customer journeys and temporal dynamics to frontstage actions/technology and backstage operations. This endeavor aimed to optimize the user experience and streamline operational efficiency across our offerings. Show less
