  Personally brought inventory to 99.9% on for first time in history of our branch, created documents that have brought shipping/ receiving errors down to zero, and maintain/ manage all operations in the company including offloading inbound materials, receiving all PO’s and transfers into SAP ERP (formerly used Microsoft GP,) monitoring our inventory and placing orders with our suppliers to maintain inventory for customers based off of monthly reports, complete daily and weekly cycle counts to maintain 100% on inventory, charge customers and accounts for orders, route all deliveries for the following day based on general area of deliveries while calculating how much material can fit in each truck to maximize utilization of the outbound truck, pull orders and strategically load all outbound trucks to ensure timely delivery of orders while minimizing fuel and labor costs, process the billing for all COD customers to ensure no material leaves our facility without being paid for with no issues or card declines, and handle all customer will calls.
