  My current responsibilities include getting the best out of our teams to ensure that the guests that we have will receive a fantastic holiday experience. I contribute to this via coaching in customer service skills and resolution of complaints, people handling skills and delivering new to role trainings for our staff. I am also responsible for the sales trainings delivery throughout the seasons as well constant refreshers on a weekly basis on this topic. My resort teams have delivered over 1 million Euros turnover every calendar year, achieving targets as well as individual recognition.
