Executive Assistant to Senior Executives:Provides administrative support of a highly confidential nature to executives in Marketing, External Affairs and Sports Partnerships. Maintains calendars, arranging meetings, events, travel and itineraries. Monitors budgets, analyzing data, creating reports and matrix. Manages details for accounts payables, receivables, vendor and independent contractor applications, contract approvals, procurement card reconciliations, expense reports and other financial procedures. Manages team meetings and activities, developing agendas, presentations and coordinating special guest speakers. Manages offices systems including security access, safety inspections, space planning, conference space resources and equipment repair/replacement. Coordinates revisions for organizational policies and procedures. Identifies and recommends promotional items and apparel for executives, partners, events and employee appreciation gifts. Coordinates the procurement, inventory and distribution of items. Serves as liaison for the executive office with partners, vendors and stakeholders. Show less
