      • I started this FISERV - BECU assignment from scratch and turned it into a great success, my responsibilities are listed below, To start, I provide L2 Application Support for the Core Banking Platform Application • BECU has various branches across Washington, US• Application DNA – Core Banking Platform is a vast application and provides many facilities and functionalities to its end users like creating Deposit Accounts, Loan Accounts and Time Deposit Accounts and numerous functionalities around these areas. • Working on Incidents/Tasks that are created by the client/customers in Service Now. Ticket could be related to the following:o Issue with any DNA Application functionalityo Issues related to clear the bad data in the system and needs to be corrected through the SQL Scripts/Queries.o Client do not have understanding of the functionalityo Client is looking to modify many records at one go. o Client wants to change any setup/setting in the Production Environment.Ensuring the SLA is never breached.• Have deep and extensive knowledge of ACH Processing, Draw Processing, Sweep Processing.• Testing involves the Recreation/Replicating the client issues in the Pre-Production Environment. Once the issue is recreated/replicated then preparing the Case Summary for the development team @ Fiserv which includes the steps performed to recreate the scenarios.• Running Update and Delete queries in the client’s Pre-Production and Production Environment in order to remove the bad data.• Perform deep analysis of the client issues and if the issue can be resolved by making necessary setup.• Working on Tools like Splunk and Client Tools like AppXtender and Member View etc.• Preparing Resolution Documents and sharing them with the client.• Daily interactions with client and its customers.• Providing KT Sessions to the L1 Support Team @ BECU so that the client issues are resolved at early stage.• Sending Daily Status Report/Weekly Status Report/Monthly Status Report.
