  This was an enhancement project belonging to the securities domain.It was an integrated solution with an ASP .NET (web application) at the core supplemented by SSRS for reports generation and SSIS ETL packages for backend data ingestion .The application is used by the internal users of the client for the management of the daily transactions related with various kinds of securities (ETF Bond Funds etc.).I worked as a MSBI Developer in this projectResponsibilities:• Analyzing the Business requirements for building and implementing the solutions.• Prepared the High Level Design Documents & Detailed Design Documents as per the business requirements.• Extensively worked on Performance tuning the Etl loads and queries.• Created ETL’s to Load Operational Data Store from OLTP Flat Files as source.• Created Stored Procedures/Functions/Views to handle complex business logic involved in ETLand to handle masking of data for different departments.• Created Functions/Stored Procedures to provide data source for Periodic & Adhoc Statement & Advices Generations application.• Created Views which provides data for Application to generate Financial reports using SQL RDBMS as a Source.• Worked on SSRS reports to provide crucial information to the clients on a day to day basis.• Prepared Unit test cases and got involved in unit testing.• Involved in ETL packages and the database deployments.Worked in this project as a SSE, contributing in the design, development and Review of the enhancements in the form of individual modules as proposed by the client.
