Civilian and federal law enforcement agencies, which were responsible for security, as well with the Olympic organizing committees, requested DoD support during the games, since the requirements for security, logistics and support exceed their capabilities and/or resources.   Organized the open source Mountain West Regional Hispanic Chamber of Commerce since inception from grassroots for the economic development of one of the fastest growing markets in the United States while addressing equity, marketing gaps, the digital divide, and representation of Hispanic, Latino/a, and/or Chicano/a enterprise within the region nation and world. The main reason for the redesign, a massive leadership gap among Latinos within the State of Wyoming that; among multiple factors, faced and continue to face, a Latino/a leadership vacuum, lacked the capacity for cohesion and growth, lack of sophistication. The Hispanic market continues to be among the highest growth markets and populations in the United States especially for districts 12 and 44 in Laramie County which both have approximately 30% Latino population - still too small to designated as minority district, but underserved. This bill passed the Wyoming house two years consecutively.*Passed The Medical Treatment Opportunities Act (HB 162), providing coverage or additional coverage to uninsured single indigent males, single parent mothers, and the disabled.
